I'm Joe, and I've spent over a decade helping athletes move better and train smarter, and along the way, I've earned certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Pilates instructor.
I started this newsletter because I was tired of watching capable men abandon their athletic identities due to preventable movement dysfunction.
